Last updated: 22/07/2026
Welcome to More Myself. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using the More Myself website and booking our yoga retreats, workshops and events.
By using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
1. More Myself
More Myself is a yoga, wellbeing and retreat business created by Sarah and Seb.
In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to More Myself.
2. Our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
You must not:
Use the website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
Introduce viruses or other harmful material
Copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our permission
Use the website in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website from time to time without notice.
3. Information on our website
We try to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, information about retreats, events, schedules, locations, teachers, activities and facilities may occasionally change.
Images are provided for illustrative purposes and may not always represent the exact accommodation, food or activities included in a particular retreat.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to our services where necessary, including changes to schedules, teachers, activities, venues or suppliers.
4. Bookings
A booking is only confirmed once:
You have completed the booking process
You have provided the information requested from you
We have received the required payment or deposit.
Once your booking has been confirmed, a contract will exist between you and More Myself, subject to the applicable booking terms for the retreat or event you have booked.
Specific retreat terms, including the price, inclusions, payment schedule and cancellation terms, will be provided at the time of booking.
5. Prices and Payments
All prices will be displayed at the time of booking.
Unless stated otherwise, prices include only the items specifically listed in the relevant retreat or event description.
Additional costs, such as travel to and from the venue, travel insurance, personal spending and optional activities, are not included unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an error affects a booking you have made, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation rights and refund arrangements vary depending on the service booked.
The cancellation terms that apply to a particular retreat, workshop or event will be set out in the relevant booking terms.
Any cancellation charges will be based on the circumstances of the booking and the costs and losses reasonably incurred by us. We will not seek to impose unfair or excessive cancellation charges.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Consumer cancellation charges should be reasonable and should reflect the business's genuine loss rather than operate as a penalty.
7. Yoga and Wellbeing Activities
Yoga, movement, breathwork, meditation and other wellbeing activities may involve physical activity.
You are responsible for informing us before participating about any injury, illness, medical condition, pregnancy or other circumstance that may affect your ability to participate safely.
You should seek appropriate medical advice before participating if you have any concerns about whether a particular activity is suitable for you.
You are responsible for listening to your body and choosing appropriate options during any practice. You should stop participating if you feel unwell, unsafe or experience pain.
Our classes and activities are intended for general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
8. Food, Allergies and Dietary Requirements
You must provide us with accurate information about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when requested.
Although we will take reasonable care to accommodate dietary requirements that have been disclosed to us, we cannot guarantee that food will be completely free from allergens, particularly where food is prepared in shared kitchens or environments.
If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please contact us before booking so that we can discuss whether we can safely accommodate your needs.
9. Personal belongings
You are responsible for your own personal belongings during our events and retreats.
We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence or otherwise required by law.
10. Photography and Filming
We may occasionally take photographs or videos during our retreats and events for use in our marketing, website and social media.
We will seek appropriate consent before using identifiable images of participants for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please let us know.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites.
13. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to this, we are responsible for providing our services with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that:
Was not reasonably foreseeable
Was caused by information you provided being inaccurate or incomplete
Resulted from circumstances outside our reasonable control
Additional liability provisions may apply to specific retreat bookings where applicable.
14. Events Outside our Control
We will not be responsible for delay, cancellation or failure to perform our obligations where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This may include, for example, extreme weather, natural disasters, serious illness, government restrictions, fire, flooding, strikes, transport disruption or other events beyond our reasonable control.
